Jr Java Developer

We are seeking a motivated Junior Java Developer to assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Java-based applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Core Java, object-oriented programming, data structures, SQL, and basic software development practices.

The candidate will work with senior developers, software engineers, and technical teams to develop application features, troubleshoot issues, write clean code, and support the delivery of reliable software solutions.

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 0–2 years of experience in Java development, software development, internships, or academic projects.

• Strong understanding of Core Java and object-oriented programming concepts.

• Knowledge of classes, objects, inheritance, polymorphism, abstraction, and encapsulation.

• Familiarity with Java Collections, exception handling, and basic multithreading.

• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

• Familiarity with Spring or Spring Boot is preferred.

• Basic understanding of REST APIs and HTTP methods.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Git, debugging, and software testing fundamentals.

• Familiarity with Maven or Gradle is a plus.

• Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to learn new tools, frameworks, and development practices.
