Locations: Columbus, OH / Jersey City, NJ / Wilmington, DE
Duration: 6 - 12 Months
Experience Required: 6–8 Years

Required Skills & Experience
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
- Strong experience with Java 8+, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of Kafka (streams, partitions, brokers, schema, performance tuning).
- Hands-on experience building applications on AWS.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS).
- Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB).
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes preferred).
- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skill
