Java Developer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Java Developer with 3–4+ years of professional experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable Java applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, SQL, and modern software development practices. You will work closely with business analysts, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to build reliable and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.
• Develop scalable backend applications using Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services.
• Develop and maintain microservices-based applications.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Work with relational databases and write optimized SQL queries.
• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application quality.
• Troubleshoot application issues and participate in root-cause analysis.
• Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards.
• Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve defects.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and participate in Agile/Scrum development.
• Integrate applications with internal and external services.
• Contribute to application performance improvements and scalability.
• Participate in requirements gathering, technical discussions, and solution design.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–4+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java and object-oriented programming.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Understanding of Microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
