Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, databases, and modern software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and Spring Boot.

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.

• Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.

• Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews.

• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product managers, and other teams.

• Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Use Git and other version-control tools for source-code management.

• Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Core Java, Java 8/11/17+.

• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot.

• Experience developing REST APIs and Microservices.

• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

• Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab.

• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.

• Knowledge of Maven or Gradle.

• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Experience with frontend technologies such as React or Angular is a plus.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2+ years of professional Java development experience preferred.

• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
