Sand Castle Field Services is a nationwide servicer to the financial industry, which includes conducting Field Visits, Inspection Services, Valuation Services, and Property Preservation.

We are seeking talented Independent Contractors in YOUR area!

Contractor Requirements:

• 10-year background check

• Bank Account

• Basic computer skills

• Ability and commitment to meet deadlines

• Access to a camera, internet, and reliable vehicle

• Attention to detail

• Valid driver's license

Description:

Field Visits: Assist clients in re-establishing communication with their customers, by visiting a property, completing a brief inspection of the property and collateral, and attempting to deliver a confidential and sealed correspondence to the customer. Standard turn time is 2 days.

Property Inspection: Complete a brief inspection of the property, detailing the condition and occupancy status. Per order, client requirements, may include taking photos, providing a general condition rating, and assessing any damages to the property. Standard turn time is 5 days.

Compensation: Contractor compensation is determined by the type of service and location of order. We work with you to set your fees and coverage areas.

• Field Visit: Average compensation is between $5 and $15 when contact is not achieved, and an additional $5 when contact is achieved.
• Property Inspection: Average compensation is between $10 and $15 per order.

Many Independent Contractors bundle their orders to maximize profit and minimize travel.
