We are seeking a motivated Junior DevOps Engineer to assist with software deployment, cloud infrastructure, automation, and application monitoring. The ideal candidate should have foundational knowledge of Linux, scripting, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and containerization. The candidate will work with senior engineers and development teams to improve deployment processes, troubleshoot issues, and maintain reliable application environments.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, where required by the employer.
0–2 years of experience in DevOps, cloud computing, system administration, or a related field; internships and academic projects are acceptable.
Basic knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Understanding of CI/CD concepts and software deployment processes.
Familiarity with Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
Basic knowledge of Docker and containerization.
Understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems and command-line tools.
Basic scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Shell.
Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or other CI/CD tools.
Basic understanding of networking, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Terraform or Ansible is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
