Job Description
- Learn and Understand Customer’s current business processes thoroughly.
- Onboard,Setup and Assist new customers with LoadProof.
- Ensure the customer is getting the desired results with the LoadProof configuration.
- Work very closely with customers and help them obtain the planned “ROI- Return on Investment” using LoadProof.
- Technical and functional point of contact throughout the implementation of LoadProof and after LoadProof is live in the customer’s Supply Chain.
- Provide design for client specific enhancements, proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the implementation, and update & maintain the project issues list.
- Work with the Technical Support team to get any assistance that is needed to solve customer’s problem.
Job Requirement
Requirements:
- Fresh College Graduate with a BS degree in Industrial Engineering/ MS degree in Industrial Engineering/SupplyChain/Distribution/Warehousing.
- Knowledge in modern mobile and web UI UX design principles.
- Knowledge in Warehousing processes and functions.
- Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills.
