Job Description
Delivery Manager with experience in mainframe Infra towers like Storage, MQ, CICS, DB2 & z/OS

  • Managing maintenance/prodution support for various Mainframe Infra towers like, Storage, MQ, CICS, DB2 & z/OS
  • Handling priority issues
  • Act as a point of escalation
  • Vendor management
  • Work as a liaison between customer Manager and Team
  • Coordinates severity 1 calls with all stakeholders
  • Participate in weekly status meeting with Client SMEs/offshore team members to discuss about the ongoing production issues/fixes/solution
  • Creation of various reports on weekly/monthly basis
  • Excellent communication and good team player
