Data Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to design, develop, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in Python and SQL, experience with ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, big data technologies, and cloud platforms.

The candidate will collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure data is collected, transformed, stored, and delivered efficiently for analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or a related technical role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration workflows.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and database optimization.
• Experience with Apache Spark, PySpark, Databricks, or similar big data technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, BigQuery, or Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Understanding of batch processing, distributed computing, and data pipeline orchestration.
• Familiarity with data quality, data validation, and data governance practices.
• Experience with Git, testing, debugging, and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
