Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and data infrastructure.
The Data Engineer will work with large datasets and collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and business teams to ensure data is accurate, reliable, secure, and easily accessible for reporting and analytics
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Data Engineering or a related role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Good understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and data modeling.
- Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Spark/PySpark is preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Airflow, Databricks, Kafka, or Snowflake is an advantage.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and software development best practices.
- Understanding of data security, governance, and quality standards.
- Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
