Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to collect, analyze, interpret, and visualize data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, data visualization tools, statistical analysis, and reporting.

The candidate will work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify trends, measure performance, prepare reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights that improve business operations and decision-making.

• Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 2–5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related role.

• Strong proficiency in SQL, including joins, subqueries, aggregations, and common table expressions (CTEs).

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, charts, and formulas.

• Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.

• Understanding of data cleaning, data validation, data transformation, and data quality.

• Knowledge of descriptive statistics, trend analysis, and basic statistical methods.

• Ability to analyze large datasets and communicate findings clearly.

• Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

• Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is preferred.

• Understanding of business KPIs, metrics, and performance reporting.

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
