Data Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team and help transform business data into meaningful insights that support better decision-making.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data from multiple sources. You will work closely with business, technical, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities through data.

The role involves preparing and cleaning datasets, performing data analysis, identifying trends and patterns, developing reports and dashboards, and communicating insights to stakeholders.

The candidate will work with large datasets and help ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality while supporting business reporting and analytical initiatives.

• 2–5+ years of experience in Data Analytics or a related field
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts
• Experience with Excel and data analysis techniques
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
• Knowledge of data visualization and dashboard development
• Experience cleaning, transforming, and validating datasets
• Basic to strong knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
• Understanding of statistical concepts and analytical methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred
