We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will work with large datasets, identify trends and patterns, create reports and dashboards, and communicate insights to business and technical teams. The role requires strong analytical thinking and proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytical role; freshers with relevant skills may also be considered.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
Experience creating reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
Ability to clean, transform, and analyze large datasets.
Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis techniques.
Experience with Python or R is an advantage.
Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful data insights.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
