Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to help the organization make informed business decisions. The candidate will work with different teams to identify business requirements, analyze datasets, create reports and dashboards, and communicate meaningful insights to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a good understanding of data visualization, and hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Ability to clean, transform, analyze, and validate large datasets.
- Good understanding of basic statistics and analytical concepts.
- Ability to create meaningful reports and dashboards.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Python for data analysis is an added advantage.
