We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive business decisions. This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills who are passionate about turning data into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
  • Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
  • Create reports and presentations for business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
  • Monitor data quality and ensure data integrity.
  • Support business decision-making through quantitative analysis.
  • Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes.
  • Document data analysis methodologies and business metrics.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and Pivot Tables.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
  • Basic understanding of Python or R for data analysis.
  • Understanding of databases and data modeling concepts.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with ETL processes.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
