Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.

The Data Analyst will work with business and technical teams to gather requirements, clean and transform data, develop reports and dashboards, identify trends, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Strong understanding of data cleaning, data transformation, and data validation.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
• Understanding of statistical concepts and analytical techniques.
• Ability to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business insights from large datasets.
• Experience working with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
