Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide meaningful insights and support business decision-making.

The Data Analyst will work closely with business, technical, and management teams to understand requirements, identify trends, create reports and dashboards, and communicate actionable insights. The role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large datasets.

Data Analyst Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts).
Experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboards and data visualization.
Good understanding of data cleaning, analysis, and reporting.
Basic knowledge of statistics and analytical methods.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to identify trends and convert data into actionable business insights.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Python or R is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
