Job Description
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help transform raw data into meaningful business insights. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and visualization tools.
The Data Analyst will collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data, create reports and dashboards, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver accurate, data-driven solutions.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Good hands-on experience with Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and charts.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
- Understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and validation.
- Basic knowledge of statistics and analytical techniques.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Experience preparing and presenting reports to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Python or R is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
