Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide meaningful insights and support business decision-making.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, data visualization, and reporting. You will work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements, identify trends, and convert complex data into clear and actionable insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Experience with data cleaning, validation, transformation, and reporting.
• Good understanding of data analysis, statistics, KPIs, and business intelligence.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is an added advantage.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
