Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help the organization make informed business decisions.
The candidate should have strong skills in SQL, Excel, data visualization, and statistical analysis, with the ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights. You will work closely with business, product, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver accurate, actionable reports.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database concepts.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
- Experience in data cleaning, validation, transformation, and reporting.
- Basic understanding of statistics, KPIs, and data analysis techniques.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is an added advantage.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends and patterns.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to present insights to stakeholders.
