Data Analyst Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst Engineer to collect, process, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and Python skills, experience with data visualization tools, and the ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights and actionable reports.

The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and technical teams to identify trends, build dashboards, improve data quality, and develop reliable reporting solutions.

• Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including joins, subqueries, CTEs, and window functions.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with Excel, including PivotTables, lookup functions, and data analysis.
• Understanding of data cleaning, data validation, and statistical analysis.
• Experience working with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes, data warehouses, and data integration.
• Understanding of KPIs, business metrics, and dashboard development.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
