Cybersecurity Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to protect enterprise systems, networks, applications, and sensitive data from cyber threats. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with security monitoring, threat detection, vulnerability management, incident response, network security, and security tools.

The candidate will work with IT, network, cloud, and security teams to identify security risks, implement security controls, investigate incidents, strengthen security infrastructure, and maintain compliance with organizational security policies.

• Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 2–5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, security operations, or a related role.

• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and network protocols.

• Knowledge of security principles, threat detection, vulnerability management, and risk assessment.

• Experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, or IBM QRadar.

• Familiarity with endpoint detection and response (EDR) and endpoint protection solutions.

• Understanding of incident response, security event analysis, and threat investigation.

• Knowledge of identity and access management, MFA, and least-privilege access.

• Familiarity with vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus, Qualys, or Tenable.

• Understanding of operating system security for Windows and Linux environments.

• Basic knowledge of cloud security across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.

• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
