Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Engineer to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for protecting the organization’s systems, networks, applications, and data from cyber threats.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in security monitoring, threat detection, vulnerability management, incident response, and network security. You will work closely with IT, network, cloud, and application teams to identify security risks and implement effective security solutions
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, SOC, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, or QRadar.
- Experience with vulnerability assessment, threat detection, and incident response.
- Good understanding of Windows and Linux security.
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
- Familiarity with cloud security concepts such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to investigate security incidents and recommend appropriate remediation.
- Security+, CEH, CySA+, CISSP, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
