Job Description

Commercial Banking delivers extensive industry knowledge, local expertise and seamless global capabilities to clients—including corporations, municipalities, financial institutions, real estate investors and owners, and not-for-profit organizations—with annual revenue generally ranging from $20 million to $2 billion. We offer a comprehensive set of financial products and services including credit, asset-based lending, real estate finance and treasury. We also provide clients with access to investment banking and asset management services.

The Commercial Banking Marketing Team is looking for a talented Web Content Producer & SEO/SEM Lead to manage web production of content as well as planning, implementing and managing our SEO/SEM strategy. As our online presence is important for the success of business, your position will play a role in driving leads to our business' growth and success.

This role will be responsible for digging in and understanding the CMS, overseeing web production requests between our partners and web team, and adding or updating content pages. Along with website production, the role will be responsible for deploying our SEO strategy, partnering with content and tech teams, and analyzing SEO reports to further enhance our search engine presence. Strong attention to detail, self-organization and quality are required while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidate should have SEO, HTML, CMS and project management experience. In close coordination with Website Strategy Manager and marketing leaders, use the website as a canvas to paint a compelling story about our company and product, one that drives conversions and accelerates deals through the sales pipeline.

Other Responsibilites Include:

  • Contribute to research and development of web analysis as it relates to search, content, and online lead capture/management.
  • Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy
  • Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
  • Regularly perform thorough keywords research
  • Identify key SEO KPIs
  • Prepare and present reports regularly
  • Work with web developers and marketing teams to properly implement SEO best practices
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
  • Conduct Digital Quality Assurance as needed.

  • Outstanding communication and writing skills: able to ask questions or share information with clarity and brevity.
  • Excellent project management skills: able to define key workstreams and tasks needed to complete each, express in a project plan, collaborate with cross functional production teams and work the plan to on-time completion, providing regular status updates as needed.
  • Must be highly collaborative, able to work with a wide variety of internal functions to meet business needs while enforcing website governance policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of website marketing, website strategy, or website content strategy experience
  • 3+ years of experience as Search Engine Marketing Specialist or similar role with planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy
  • Familiarity with SEO tools like BrightEdge and SEMRush
  • Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on business success
  • Experience using web analytics tools and measuring website results
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), Adobe AEM experience preferred
  • Familiar with stylesheets (CSS) and how style is applied to XML to render HTML which will be published live
  • Knowledge of Content Management Systems and how pages accrue to a folder structure and ultimately to the information architecture i.e. the navigation of the site
  • Familiar with page constructs where a page consists of individual XML components (e.g. bulleted list component, image component, FAQ component) that are assembled to create a finished page
