Business Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, understand business requirements, analyse data, and help drive strategic decisions to improve efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
 

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities

Work closely with development, product, and operations teams

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision-making

Perform market research and competitor analysis

Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring

Ensure solutions meet business objectives and user expectations

Support testing (UAT) and validate implemented solutions

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau
• Understanding of business processes and workflows
• Ability to create BRD, FRD, and documentation
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Data interpretation and reporting skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
