Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and improve business processes.
???? Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
- Translate business needs into functional specifications
- Create and maintain documentation such as BRD and FRD
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Work with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, product managers)
- Assist in testing and validating solutions before deployment
- Continuously improve business processes and workflows
Job Requirement
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of business processes and requirements gathering
- Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
