In your role as Vice President, you will be the national leader of quality and patient safety program for the rapidly growing Ambulatory Surgery Division of HCA which includes 140+ surgery centers nationally.
What you will do in this role:
- You will guide the development of our national strategic plan and patient safety initiatives.
- You will drive process improvements focused on innovative care delivery and/or operational models designed to improve clinical services, outcomes, patient safety and patient experience.
- You will enhance quality outcomes by collaborating with executive leadership for shared clinical decision-making.
- You will work with our Clinical Services Group and Surgical Services to promote enterprise-wide learning, appropriate standardization and alignment of clinical goals.
- You will establish and enhance a culture of evidence-based decision making for all clinical and management initiatives.
- Master's or other advanced degree in an appropriate field. Required
- 7-10 years of experience in clinical management. Required or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Preference for individual currently licensed to practice in a clinically related field in accordance with law and regulation and advanced training and certification in patient safety
