AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills in Python, knowledge of machine learning algorithms, experience with data processing, and familiarity with AI frameworks and cloud platforms.

The candidate will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business teams to develop intelligent applications, automate processes, improve model performance, and implement scalable AI/ML solutions that address business needs.

• Master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 2–5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, machine learning development, data science, or a related role.

• Strong programming proficiency in Python.

• Good understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and mathematical fundamentals.

• Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.

• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and model evaluation.

• Strong knowledge of NumPy, Pandas, and data manipulation techniques.

• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.

• Understanding of deep learning concepts, neural networks, and model optimization.

• Experience deploying models through APIs, applications, or cloud-based environments.

• Familiarity with Git, version control, testing, and software development best practices.

• Knowledge of cloud AI/ML services offered by AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Strong analytical thinking, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
