• The resource will assist with quality assurance review activities. Responsibilities include:
o Review all IT CSV project and system deliverables including but not limited to
? Plans
? Requirements
? Specifications
? Test protocols, scripts and associated execution deliverables (such as test incidents)
? Summary Reports
? Change Controls
o Review system operation and administration procedures to ensure that they are adequate
o Document any finding of non-compliance
o Assist with strategy regarding remediation activities
o Assist with review of remediation systems
• THE QA/Reviewer responsibilities are CRITICAL
