· Acts as an effective advisor bringing business and consulting experience to travel and expense client engagements

· Work with clients and SAP Concur resources to gather functional and technical requirements

· Conduct discovery phase to put together implementation and integration roadmap

· Coordinate with different client stakeholder groups for harmonizing policies and finalize Travel and Expense requirements

· Expense Configuration and administer Concur expense system including but not limited to user administration, imports/exports, forms, workflows, audit rules, integration with HCM and Finance upstream / downstream systems

· Perform Global design, configuration and production cut over

· Coordinate with different teams for integration of core systems like ERP, HCM, CRM, Transparency Repoting, MDM, Midleware solutions etc.

· Effective management of projects through key stakeholder meetings, planning and status reporting in a timely manner

· Pro-actively coordinate and manage tasks and milestones to achieve target deadlines

· Perform training and knowledge transfer to the client for effective use of Concur Travel & Expense system

· Effectively liaisoning with SAP Concur partner team and follow project methodologies
