Pega System Architect - Full Time/Long Term

Ability to obtain a position of public trust.

Must be US Citizen or US Permanent Resident.

• Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of work experience; Masters and 5 years of experience; or a minimum 11 years of work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) certification
• relevant design and architecture experience
• experience in Pega version 7.x or greater
• experience with Connectors and Services in Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) to integrate with external systems
• experience with Agile (Scrum)
• experience with Creating system architecture diagrams and documentation for review by both technical and non-technical audiences, as well as interfacing with the customer on a daily basis.
• Knowledge of Pega Standards and Guardrails
• Prior Federal experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Pega CRM or Customer Service
• Experience conducting playback sessions
• Experience with process flow documentation creation, presentation and conducting trainings
• Experience with implementing DevOps (Test and CI/CD) in Pega environment
• Experience with Oracle and stored procedures using PL/SQL
