Pega Business Architect

Aderas, Inc. is seeking a Pega Business Architect to join the team and act as a liaison between business users, stakeholders, and technical leads

Primary Job Duties:

• Communicate product requirements to architects, engineers, development managers, product managers, testers, and other stakeholders

Required Education Work Experience:

• Bachelors Degree and 7 years of relevant work experience OR Masters Degree and 5 years of relevant work experience OR a minimum of 11 years of related experience in lieu of a degree

Required Experience Skills:

• Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience facilitating Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) sessions, eliciting requirements, facilitating playback sessions, and obtaining business stakeholder alignment of proposed workflow/screens within the application
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Pega 7.x or greater
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Pega CRM and its foundational components and how to apply them to plan requirements and design business processes within the Pega application
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in an Agile (Scrum environment)

Preferred Skills Qualifications:

• Prior SSA experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience with process-based solutions or Business Process Management (BPM)
• Knowledge of full Pega rules Process Commander implementation cycle including enterprise Class Structure design and Rulesets design
• Experience with change control management and testing Pega applications
• Experience in large-scale enterprise Pega engagements end-to-end

Clearance/Citizenship: U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder), Able to obtain a Public Trust
