What You'll Do at Pega:
  • Plan information architecture, applying your extensive real-world experience with wiki concepts, content strategy, and research into our content, content owners and target audience
  • Lead discussions with stakeholders to identify the priorities in content, structure, and usability that will enable organizational imperatives for Pega's wikis, resulting in metadata-rich content templates and linking strategies to meet the needs of diverse working groups.

  • Facilitate adoption of wiki methodology for internal and external wiki documentation and collaboration, helping provide alternatives to static documents
Who You Are:

You’re fascinated by human cognition, interaction and motivation. You like to make systems that clarify complexity and help people master structure, accomplish their goals and retain what they learn. You enjoy a fast-paced and dynamic environment, valuing sanity with a peppering of chaos. Track record of driving enterprise-level information architecture, communicating content strategy to stakeholders, developers, content administrators and senior-level executives, working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, and successfully resolving issues. You will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and an ability to translate ambiguity and incomplete information into insights and bias for action. You will have a customer-obsessed and collaborative approach, a strong desire to learn and be curious, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done.

What You've Accomplished:
  • 5-7 years Content Strategy and Information Architecture experience across a wide variety of client scenarios
  • Strong knowledge of content management best practices for enterprise KM, focused on MediaWiki, Confluence or related crowd-sourced systems
  • Experience with the agile development methodology for translating business needs to technical requirements

  • Demonstrable ability to understand and meet deadlines expediently
  • Command of, and ability to clearly articulate, core interaction design principles: architecture, interaction, and user-centered design to stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with UX digital designers, developers and business stakeholders to create exceptional experiences
  • Deep desire to understand what motivates people – not just end users but also content editors, business decision makers and your own colleagues
  • Ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities without sacrificing the quality of your work
  • Confident team player
