ChampionX has an immediate need for a Financial Analyst located in Sugar Land, TX. The Financial Analyst will help the Finance Manager in driving the core financial processes for the business. M ajor responsibilities include Management Reporting, Forecasting, Budgeting and Financial Analysis . The Financial Analyst is r esponsible for conducting and documenting moderate to complex financial analysis projects

What You Will Do:

  • Developing, standardizing, and automating financial reports including monthly P&L, OpEx and Margin reports

  • Perform deep dive analysis on Gross Margins and OpEx

  • Develop P&L forecast models and reports

  • Support preparing monthly business review presentations

  • Analyze performance against targets on a regular basis: own specific area of the P&L, liaise with business teams for variances

  • Working on ad hoc financial analyses and projects

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Finance, Accounting or Business

  • 3+ years of finance/accounting experience

  • 3 + years of experience in developing monthly and quarterly forecasts based on business drivers and trends and performing detailed variance analysis

  • No Immigration Sponsorship available for this opportunity

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP and Business Intelligence (BI) experience

  • Hyperion reporting suite experience

  • Advanced Analytical Skills

  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail required for delivering on key initiatives
