DUTIES: Contribute to an Engineering team responsible for developing XFINITY stream applications for web, mobile, Roku, and other TV streaming devices; develop automated test scripts using Calabash-Cucumber automation framework, Python, and Ruby, to ensure the quality of software within iOS, Android, and web environments; utilize Jenkins and Concourse for Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI/CD), and to trigger automated tests, including sanity, regression, and daily run tests; analyze and automate Rest Web Services used in XFINITY stream applications; write both unit and integration tests using Ruby scripting language and Calabash- Cucumber framework; write feature files in Gherkin Syntax using Cucumber; store and review code using GIT version control tool; manipulate fake responses within applications with proxy tools (Charles and MTIM) to test and automate error codes; and use RubyMine and Eclipse as an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) to write automated software programs.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; and two (2) years of experience developing automated test scripts using Calabash-Cucumber automation framework, Python, and Ruby within iOS, Android, and web environments; utilizing Jenkins and Concourse for Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI/CD), and to trigger automated tests, including sanity, regression, and daily run tests; using GIT version control tool, and Charles or MTIM proxy tools; and using RubyMine or Eclipse as an Integrated Development Environment (IDE).
