We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions that improve IT service management and business processes. The role involves developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, scripts, integrations, and service catalog items. The candidate will also support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change Management, and CMDB. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ServiceNow development, JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, REST/SOAP integrations, and ITSM processes. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills are highly valued.
