We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer / Engineer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that support business and IT service management needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with technical and business teams to understand requirements and develop effective ServiceNow solutions. The role includes platform customization, workflow development, scripting, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform improvements. You will work with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB. The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with developers, administrators, QA teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
