The candidate will work with business and technical teams to implement solutions, automate processes, and improve IT service management. Customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
Support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot issues and improve platform performance.
Participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
