Report any safety issue or accident to Production Manager immediatelyRespond logically and reasonably in emergency situations to assure the safety of all plant personnelDevelop preventive maintenance programs for all facility equipmentExecute PM Programs as schedulePerform repairs on all facility equipment and production machinesTroubleshoot and correct all mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic malfunctions on all equipmentMake improvements and recommendations to current operations to enhance efficiencyConduct energy usage studies and auditsKeep equipment spare parts up to date Liaising with suppliers on all needed equipment repairsOrganize and clean workshop dailyPerform other duties as assigned
