Report any safety issue or accidents. Operate equipment safely at all timesPerform PSA (Pre-Startup Approval) at start of all new jobs (mold and color changes) and in process inspectionsConfirm product quality by setting and maintaining process variables and verifying established process parametersDiagnose and resolve machine and processing issues to ensure products meet specifications and requirementsKeep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and following manufacturer’s instructions and established proceduresContinuously improving efficiency by reducing scrap and improvise on methods and proceduresSet up product inspection systems at start of every jobMonitor inspection systems daily, analyzing rejects and administer corrective actionsCross train on all processes such as injection and extrusion blow molding and compression blow formingKeep machines and equipment clean at all timesMaintain logbooks, documenting issues throughout shiftVerify and report total output and scrap at end of shiftMaintain batch recordsParticipate in group meetings for continuous process improvementSupervise all packers and utilitiesAssist in Mold ChangeoversPerform other duties as assigned
