Administration
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests, ensuring each receives the correct order.
- Carry dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen.
- Replace soiled table linen and set tables with silverware and glassware.
- Replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room.
- Supply service bar with food, such as soups, salads, and desserts.
- Service ice water and butter to guests.
- Clean and polish glass shelves and doors of service bars and equipment such as coffee urns and cream and milk dispensers.
- Run errands or deliver food orders to offices.
- Transfer food and dishes between floors of hotel using dumbwaiter.
- Notify a manager immediately of any guest complaints.
- Use proper etiquette guidelines with guests.
- Practice and observe all safety rules and procedures.
- Assist all service personnel in any duties as requested.
Support
- Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
- Ability to accurately report information.
- Ability to scrupulously follow all Driftwood and hotel policies and procedures.
- Attend required meetings.
