The client seeking a multi-faceted Executive Assistant contractor with a customer service professional demeanor to handle clerical duties, learn various applications and adhere to standard policies and procedures to support the Administration section .
The Executive Assistant should be a team player and be able follow directions, interact with various levels of professions within the client division.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Provide administrative support to the Administration section and the Division.
Assist Management Analysts in escorting new hires and visitors to and from the client destinations, maintain office supplies, process travel requests/authorizations (E2 Solutions) for staff and visitors to the agency.
Create (if necessary), maintain and update various spreadsheets.

 

Position/Skill requirements: clerical, customer service, planning/scheduling skills

 

Required Skills:

Some Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills, e-mail and customer service etiquette is a must.
Answering telephones, problem solving and interpersonal communication skills and some initiative skills are required.
