Role SummaryWe are looking for a driven Data Analyst to transform complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that support decision-making across our advisory, compliance, and investment teams.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from internal financial systems and external market sources
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate trends and performance metrics
- Support portfolio analysis, client reporting, and business intelligence initiatives
- Identify data quality issues and work with operations teams to resolve them
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency across departments
- Assist in developing predictive models to support investment and growth strategies
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in financial services
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of financial products, wealth management, or investment concepts
- Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
